Kuntal Kaustubh Kathane is an entrepreneur and the Chief Executive Officer of Ag Elements, a premium sterling silver jewellery brand. She holds a postgraduate degree in MBA (Entrepreneurship) from the United Kingdom.
With a strong foundation in the gold and silver jewellery industry since childhood, She developed a deep passion and expertise in this field. Driven by a vision to create a brand that embodies boldness, luxury, and modern elegance, she began her journey with a small collection of silver articles.
Ag Elements was the first brand in Wardha to introduce certified sterling silver jewellery. The name is inspired by “Ag,” the chemical symbol for silver, reflecting purity and authenticity.Ag Elements operates under the esteemed legacy of Shriram Govind Kathane Jewellers, a trusted name in the jewellery industry since 1954.
The brand received an overwhelming response from the market, supported by the growing demand for sustainable and premium silver jewellery. This success led to rapid expansion, and today, Ag Elements proudly serves customers across multiple cities.
