1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed or shipped.
Once dispatched or customized work has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@agelements.com with your order ID.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
You received a defective or damaged product.
The product delivered is incorrect (not as per your order).
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
After verifying the issue, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged unless damaged during delivery.
Items purchased during sale or discount periods are non-refundable.
4. Return Process
If eligible, we will arrange a return pickup or provide an address for you to ship the item back. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
